The idea of the project came from the fact that both the leader and the project partner offer training for adults with the aim of keeping the especially talented, socially engaged and ready to go young people and encouraging them to make use of their knowledge and skills at home.
The demand for our courses prompts us to offer them in multiple topics in order to help even more young people develop.
The civic association Marthos started its operations two years ago. It now implements two-year courses that consist of two 10-month terms, during which the course meets for contact hours in Martovce, a town near Komarno, on a two-week basis. Its aims are to take up talented people, to help young people prepare for their career, to train the next generation of opinion formers and entrepreneurs and to create a think-tank in the long run.
MeOut is a civic organization the declared aim of which is to facilitate the progress and development of civic organizations and youth through local or international trainings, exchanges and symposiums.
They are doing this for years now to build bridges for people who would like to develop themselves. For youth who want to get to know the world, the international environment and to learn and gain experience. To speak languages, listen, comprehend and form the future.
Our experience shows that some of the young generation are socially engaged and see a need for such adult training, learning and experiences. Seeing this demand, we would like to provide a multitude of courses and trainings to those interested.
In this way, the project could help increase the level of cross-border institutional cooperation and broaden cross-border cooperation among citizens by having the two partners provide joint courses, exchange experience related to education and adult training, the youth could participate in the joint trainings and courses, get to know each other’s region, its advantages and disadvantages.
